Yelvertoft är en by och en civil parish i Northamptonshire i England.[1] Orten har 764 invånare (2011).[2] Byn nämndes i Domedagsboken (Domesday Book) år 1086, och kallades då Celvrecot/Gelvrecote/Givertost.[3]

Yelvertoft High Street. Walking through here in 2009, I found that a large number of houses, and businesses such as the Post Office and pub, were adorned with signs saying 'No to wind farms'. I concluded that Yelvertoft was an insular and snobbish little place based on my short time there; the epitome of Middle England.
