Viseu Dão Lafões är en statistisk underregion (NUTS 3) i mellersta Portugal. Den är en del av den statistiska regionen Mellersta Portugal (NUTS 2).[1][2]

Ytan uppgår till 3 237,6 km² och befolkningen till 267 633 invånare (2011).[2]

Underregionen Viseu Dão Lafões omfattar norra delen av distriktet Viseu och sammanfaller geografiskt med Comunidade Intermunicipal Viseu Dão Lafões ("Viseu Dão Lafões kommunalförbund"; ”CIMxx”).[3]
