Världsmästerskapet i ishockey för damer 2019 var den 19:e upplagan av turneringen och avgjordes i Finland den 4 till 14 april beträffande toppdivisionen. Det var första gången som toppdivisionen innehöll tio lag vilket beslutades i maj 2017.[1] USA vann sin femte VM-titel i rad och nionde totalt genom finalseger efter straffslag mot värdlandet Finland, som annars passerade en milstolpe genom att nå sin första final någonsin efter vinst i semifinalen mot Kanada, som missade sin första final någonsin. Kanada vann dock brons efter storseger med hela 7–0 mot Ryssland i matchen om tredjepris.

De lägre divisionerna av VM 2019 spelades på andra platser och under andra tidpunkter.[2]
