Ungdomsvärldsmästerskapen i friidrott 2009 var de 6:e ungdomsvärldsmästerskapen i friidrott arrangerade av IAAF. Mästerskapet var för friidrottare under 18 år och hölls på Brixen-Bressanone sportarena i Brixen i italienska Sydtyrolen mellan 8 och 12 juli 2009. Totalt 40 grenar hölls under mästerskapen, 20 för pojkar och 20 för flickor.
