Finalen av Uefacupen 1986/1987 bestod av två fotbollsmatcher och spelades den 6 och 20 maj 1987 mellan IFK Göteborg från Sverige och Dundee United från Skottland. IFK Göteborg vann turneringen för andra gången i klubbens historia, med sammanlagt 2–1.
Första matchen slutade precis som i finalen 1982 1–0 efter att Stefan Pettersson nickat in bollen på hörna i första halvlek. Även i andra matchen tog IFK Göteborg ledningen efter att Lennart Nilsson gjort mål på kontring i första halvlek. Dundee United lyckades sedan kvittera efter att John Clark snurrat undan Mats-Ola Carlsson strax utanför straffområdet och skjutit tätt innanför målvaktens högra stolpe. Detta räckte dock inte för seger.
