Uefacupen 1990/1991 vanns av Inter från Italien efter finalseger mot Roma, också från Italien. Denna säsong deltog engelska klubbar i europeiska turneringar för första gången sedan säsongen 1984/1985. Dessa hade stängts av efter bråket på Heyselstadion den 29 maj 1985.
