Uefa Women's Champions League 2016/2017 var den 16:e säsongen av Uefa Women's Champions League, Europas största klubbfotbollsturnering för damer. Finalen spelades på Cardiff City Stadium i Cardiff i Wales den 1 juni 2017 mellan de två franska klubbarna Lyon och Paris Saint-Germain. Matchen slutade mållös, men Lyon vann med 7–6 i den efterföljande straffsparksläggningen.
Lyon, som var regerande mästare, tog därmed sin fjärde titel i Uefa Women's Champions League och tangerade därmed rekordet som innehades av 1. FFC Frankfurt.
