Uefa Champions League 1993/1994 vanns av AC Milan, Italien som finalslog Barcelona, Spanien med 4–0 i Aten den 18 maj 1994. Återigen moderniserades spelformatet inför denna säsong, med en utökad inledande omgång och semifinaler som lagts in efter gruppspelet, vilket innebar att två lag från varje grupp gick vidare.
