Udomporn Polsak, (thai:อุดมพร พลศักดิ์) född 6 oktober 1981 i Nakhon Ratchasima i Thailand, är en före detta thailändsk tyngdlyftare.[1][2] Hon vann silvermedaljer vid Juniorvärldsmästerskapen 1998 och 1999.[3] Polsak vann en silvermedalj i Asiatiska spelen 2002, och en bronsmedalj vid VM i Warszawa samma år.[4]
Året därefter tog hon en guldmedalj i VM i Vancouver, där hon lyfte 100 kilo i ryck och 222,5 kilo totalt.[3][4] I olympiska sommarspelen 2004 i Aten blev Udomporn Polsak första thailändska kvinna att vinna en olympisk guldmedalj, när hon vann tyngdlyftningens 53-kilosklass.[1][5]
Hon var fackelbärare när Sydöstasiatiska spelen arrangerades i hemstaden Nakhon Ratchasima 2007.[6]

Besides, the blue outline of the five-petaled plum blossom is broader than the red one. Moreover, the CMYK code of the blue one and the Blue Sky & White Sun is "C100-M100-Y0-K0", and different from the Olympic rings (C100-M25-Y0-K0). Note that it's the only version recognized by IOC.
