Mark Selby vann sin tredje rankingtitel genom att besegra Shaun Murphy med 10–6 i finalen.
Kval
Kvalet spelades mellan den 20 och 23 november 2012 i South West Snooker Academy i Gloucester. I kvalet deltog spelare på Main Touren som inte var direktkvalificerade till huvudturneringen. De 16 kvalvinnarna lottades in i huvudturneringen.
