UK Championship 1991 var en rankingturnering i snooker som spelades mellan 30 november och 16 december 1991 i Guild Hall i Preston, England. John Parrott vann turneringen efter att ha slagit Jimmy White i finalen med 16-13.
Händelser i samband med turneringen
- Turneringen saknade sponsor detta år, vilket avspeglades i prispengarna; segraren John Parrott fick £ 35 000, att jämföra med de £ 110 000 som fjolårssegraren Stephen Hendry fick[1].
- Detta var Parrotts enda UK-titel, tidigare samma år hade han vunnit VM. Därmed tillhör Parrott den exklusiva skaran som vunnit de två största rankingturneringarna samma år; övriga spelare är Steve Davis, Stephen Hendry, John Higgins och Ronnie O'Sullivan.
