U20-Europamästerskapet i handboll är den officiella turneringen för juniorherrlandslag i handboll inom Europa, och sker vartannat år. Förutom att utse de Europeiska mästarna, fungerar turneringen som en kvalificeringsturnering för U21-världsmästerskapet i handboll för herrar. De mest framgångsrika nationerna är Danmark med 4 guld, 1 silver och 1 brons följt av Tyskland som har 3 guld, 2 silver och 1 brons.
