U18-Europamästerskapet i fotboll 1951 (officiellt 1951 FIFA Youth Tournament) var den fjärde turneringen av det som blev U18-Europamästerskapet (sedan 2002 U19-EM), turneringen spelades i Frankrike och Monaco mellan 22-26 mars 1951. Turneringen vanns av Jugoslavien som i finalen besegrade Österrike med 3–2.
