U.S. Route 19 (också kallad U.S. Highway 19 eller med förkortningen US 19) är en amerikansk landsväg. Den går ifrån Memphis Florida i söder till Erie Pennsylvania i norr och har en längd av 2 262 km. U.S. Route 19 är enligt många studier den farligaste vägen i USA
