Building is brick but covered over with stucco; built in 1854. This building appears to be on the site of the first county courthouse which was wood. This building is at 121 E. Court Street but it does not match perfectly with Wikipedia's description of the building. However the pictures on Historic American Buildings website matches perfectly.
