Thielle är en ort i kommunen La Tène i kantonen Neuchâtel i Schweiz.[3] Den ligger vid floden Zihl, cirka 8,5 kilometer nordost om Neuchâtel. Orten har cirka 347 invånare (2021).[2][a]

Före den 1 januari 2009 tillhörde Thielle kommunen Thielle-Wavre.[3]
