Pung, scrotum eller skrotum består av hud och muskler innehållande bland annat sädesledare och testiklar, där spermierna produceras.
Pungen har ett ärr längs med mitten upp på penis, från mellangården, som heter raphe, som bilden visar. I pungen arbetar musklerna för att hålla en jämn temperatur på testiklarna genom att dra ihop pungen när det är kallt, och förstora den vid värme.
Efter puberteten är pungen oftast beväxt med pubishår

Human Scrotum is a thick but permeable skin sac lined with muscle from inside. Visible in image is a scrotum containing testicles. The wrinkled skin shows its origin. It is wellplaced between thighs. The thigh muscles are strong enough to protect it from any external blow. The thigh muscles though can give a blow under violent condition of extreme movements.

The testicles are inside the scrotum, a bag dangling outside the mammalian abdomen, as they need a lower temperature than that inside the body. They usually differ slightly in size, and one hangs lower than the other. At normal temperatures the scrotum and testicles hang very loose, they retreat towards the body as the scrotum contracts for various reasons (cold temperatures, sexual arousal and/or climax, embarrassment, or simply without any reason ...). It is not possible to control the movement.
