Personal luxury car

Personal luxury car är en typ av bil som var populär i USA under andra halvan av 1900-talet.[1]

En typisk personal luxury car är en fyrsitsig coupé som sätter egenskaper som lyx och komfort framför sportighet och prestanda.[1]

The 1st generation Riviera was built from 1963-65, a 2 door Hardtop, unusually the body was not shared with any other GM product. Engines; 401 or 425 Nailhead V8.

A facelift in 1965 saw the headlamps concealed behind clamshell doors in the leading edges of each fender, Further back, the non-functional side scoops between the doors and rear wheel arches were removed, and the taillights were moved from the body into the rear bumper
