Pauline Collins, född 3 september 1940 i Exmouth, Devon, är en brittisk skådespelare. Collins blev först bemärkt då hon porträtterade Sarah Moffat i Herrskap och tjänstefolk (1971-1973) och i dess spinoff Thomas och Sarah (1979). År 1992 publicerade hon sin självbiografi, med titeln Letter to Louise.
Collins spelade titelrollen i pjäsen Shirley Valentine, för vilken hon vann en Olivier Award 1988, en Drama Desk Award samt en Tony 1989. Hon repriserade rollen i filmatiseringen från 1989 och vann en BAFTA Award för bästa kvinnliga huvudroll, samt mottog Golden Globe och Oscar-nomineringar. Hon spelade också huvudrollen i dramaserierna Forever Green (1989-1992) och The Ambassador (1998-1999). Bland de filmer hon medverkat i kan nämnas Glädjens stad (1992), Paradise Road (1997), Albert Nobbs (2011), Kvartetten (2012) och The Time of Their Lives (2017).
Biografi
Collins slog igenom i rollen som Sarah i TV-serien Herrskap och tjänstefolk (1971-1975). Tillsammans med maken, skådespelaren John Alderton gjorde hon en uppföljare, som också blev mycket populär, Thomas och Sarah (1979). Hon och Alderton hade också huvudrollerna i TV-serien Leva på landet (1990).
Hon gjorde succé på Broadway i pjäsen Shirley Valentine, för vilken hon erhöll en Tony. Pjäsen blev film samma år och Collins Oscarnominerades.
2001 tilldelades den förnäma Brittiska Imperieorden, (OBE).
Sedan 1969 är hon gift med John Alderton; paret har tre barn.

'Quartet' enjoyed its Sydney, Australia movie premiere at Dendy Opera Quays this afternoon, appropriately with the Sydney Opera House in the background.
A curious Sydney crowd of both Sydney-siders and visitors gathered to see what all the fuss was about on this very warm arvo. It was all about generating publicity for this new release from movie powerhouse, Paramount Pictures. The movie is not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but if your into sophisticated music, opera and that kind of thing, this movie is for you. You're either going to love or hate this movie which marks the directing debut for Dustin Hoffman. Last month Hoffman received the Hollywood Breakthrough Director Achievement Award at the 16th annual Hollywood Film Awards.
The tag-line reads 'Four friends must face the music'. Movie reviewers are going to have a field day with the tag-line... especially if they don't appreciate this flick, and expect mixed reviews as its a niche movie if there ever was. This is not one for the action movie crowd to put it mildly.

At a home for retired opera singers, the annual concert to celebrate Verdi's birthday is disrupted by the arrival of Jean, an eternal diva and the former wife of one of the residents.
Storyline:
Cecily, Reggie, and Wilfred are in a home for retired opera singers. Every year, on October 10, there is a concert to celebrate Verdi's birthday and they take part. Jean, who used to be married to Reggie, arrives at the home and disrupts their equilibrium. She still acts like a diva, but she refuses to sing. Still, the show must go on... and it does.
