In the interior part it has two hills that they represent to the place where these existed, called the Playón, which they eliminated in the earthquake of 1818 provoked by the volcano Santa Maria (located in the Republic of Guatemala) and that gave place to the current riverbed of the Rio Palisade. Likewise, are observed two palms that reflect abundance of this species in the hills. It appreciates also a river that represents a riverbed that was happening previously at the foot of the hills.
