Oppdals kommun (norska: Oppdal kommune) är en kommun i Trøndelag fylke i Norge där bland annat byn Fagerhaug ligger. Kommunens centralort är skidorten Oppdal.
I Vang, som är nära Oppdal finns det största gravfältet i Norge.

Three important roads going to Trondheim, Dombås, and Sunndalsøra cross here, and historically the area was used for gatherings, because of this fact.
