FöregåendeModern femkamp vid olympiska sommarspelen 2020 arrangerades mellan 5 och 7 augusti 2021 i Musashino Forest Sports Plaza och Tokyo Stadium i Tokyo i Japan.[1] En tävling för damer och en för herrar fanns på programmet som var oförändrat sedan OS 2000.[2]
Tävlingarna skulle ursprungligen ha hållits mellan 6 och 8 augusti 2020 men de blev uppskjutna på grund av Covid-19-pandemin.[3][4]
