Modern femkamp vid Olympiska spelen 1912 innebar att modern femkamp för första gången var OS-gren. Kapten Gösta Malcolm Lilliehöök från Sverige blev olympisk guldmedaljör. Den amerikanske generalen George S. Patton blev femma.
