Michael Alex "Mike" Conley, född 5 oktober 1962 i Chicago i Illinois, är en amerikansk före detta friidrottare som tävlade i tresteg och i längdhopp.
Conley är en av få hoppare i historien som hoppat längre än 18 meter i tresteg (även om Conleys hopp kom i för stark medvind). Conleys längsta hopp under godkända förhållande var på 17,87. Hans personbästa i längdhopp är 8,46.
Conley vann såväl OS-guld som VM-guld i tresteg.
Han är far till Mike Conley Jr.[1]
