Michele Polverino, född 26 september 1984, är en liechtensteinsk före detta fotbollsspelare.
Han utsågs till årets fotbollsspelare i Liechtenstein 2012 och 2013.
Fotbollskarriär
Polverino är uppvuxen i Liechtenstein men kommer från en italiensk familj och han hade till och med 2007 italienskt pass. På grund av en dröm om att få spela för det italienska landslaget avböjde Polverino länge spel för Liechtenstein, men övertalades 2007 av dåvarande förbundskaptenen att börja representera landet i internationella matcher. För att det skulle bli möjligt var Polverino tvungen att frånsäga sig sitt italienska medborgarskap då landet inte tillåter dubbelt medborgarskap.[1]
Polverino debuterade för Liechtensteins landslag 2007 och spelade sammanlagt 79 landskamper. Han gjorde på dem sex mål.[2] Bara Mario Frick och Franz Burgmeier har gjort fler mål för landet.[3]

Flag of Iran. The tricolor flag was introduced in 1906, but after the Islamic Revolution of 1979 the Arabic words 'Allahu akbar' ('God is great'), written in the Kufic script of the Qur'an and repeated 22 times, were added to the red and green strips where they border the white central strip and in the middle is the emblem of Iran (which is a stylized Persian alphabet of the Arabic word Allah ("God")).
The official ISIRI standard (translation at FotW) gives two slightly different methods of construction for the flag: a compass-and-straightedge construction used for File:Flag of Iran (official).svg, and a "simplified" construction sheet with rational numbers used for this file.
