Mellanvikt, 75 kg, i boxning vid olympiska sommarspelen 2012 avgjordes mellan den 28 juli och 11 augusti i Excel London i London i Storbritannien. Grenen genomfördes för enbart herrar.[1]

Tävlingsformat och regler
Grenen genomförs som en utslagsturnering där vinnaren går vidare till nästa omgång. Lottningen i mellanvikten innehöll 28 boxare och inleds med sextondelsfinaler den 28 juli 2012. Vinnarna i semifinalerna möttes i en match om guldet, förlorarna fick varsin bronsmedalj.
Alla matcher avgjordes över tre treminutersronder. Vinnaren blev den boxare som efter ronderna tagit flest poäng. Poäng erhölls genom lyckade slag mot motståndarens huvud eller överkropp. En match kunde också vinnas på knock-out likväl som att domaren kunde besluta att avbryta matchen.
