Mae Busch, född den 18 juni 1891 i Melbourne, död den 20 april 1946, var en australiensisk filmskådespelerska som arbetade både inom stumfilm och ljudfilm under Hollywoods tidiga år. Under senare delen av sin karriär spelade hon i många Helan och Halvan-filmer, där hon ofta spelade Helans (Oliver Hardys) fru.

She began her career in vaudeville. She made her first big hit on the screen in "The Devil's Pass-Key," a picture directed by Erich von Stroheim. She was given her greatest opportunity in pictures in Maurice Tourneur's production of "The Christian." Her parents were theatrical people, known as the Busch-DeVore Trio. She is about twenty-eight years old, is five feet, five inches tall, weighs 130 pounds, and has black hair and grey eyes.
