Mässcupen 1964/1965 vanns av Ferencváros, Ungern som slog Juventus, från Italien, med 1-0 i finalen på Stadio Comunale di Torino i Turin. Det var andra gången turneringen inte vanns av ett lag från Spanien, och det var första gången ett lag från Östeuropa vann turneringen.
