Central Line i Londons tunnelbana passerar kommunen och här finns tunnelbanestationerna Snaresbrook, South Woodford, Woodford, Wanstead, Redbridge, Gants Hill, Newbury Park, Barkingside, Fairlop och Hainault. Genom Redbridge går även huvudvägen A12.
