Lista över olympiska dammedaljörer i simning
Det här är en lista över medaljörer på damsidan i simning vid olympiska spelen från 1912 till 2021.
Simningen har funnits med på det olympiska programmet vid samtliga sommarspel, damer tilläts dock inte tävla förrän vid spelen 1912 i Stockholm. Då tävlade damer enbart på 100 meter frisim (individuellt och lagkapp), antalet grenar har med tiden utökats till 17 (2021).[1]

Beside her, the American swimmer Lenore KIGHT finished second, coming in one second after Helen MADISON.
