Lechtal är en dal i Österrike.[1] Den ligger i förbundslandet Tyrolen, i den västra delen av landet, 500 km väster om huvudstaden Wien.
I omgivningarna runt Lechtal växer i huvudsak barrskog.[2] Runt Lechtal är det ganska glesbefolkat, med 28 invånare per kvadratkilometer.[3]

Am Fuße des Warther Karhorn 2.416m im Lechquellengebirge liegt die älteste und höchstgelegene (1.719m) Walsersiedlung in Vorarlberg. Das 1695 erbaute Kirchlein ist dem Hl. Martin geweiht. Bis zum ausgehenden 19. Jh. wurde die Siedlung ganzjährig bewohnt. Danach wurde ein Großteil der Häuser abgerissen.
