Damernas kulstötning vid olympiska sommarspelen 2012, i London i Storbritannien avgjordes den 6 augusti på Londons Olympiastadion.[2] Tävlingen började med en kvalomgång där alla deltog för att kvalificera sig till finalen. Deltagarna fick tre chanser var att stöta över kvalgränsen. Därefter kom finalen där alla återigen fick tre stötar var. De åtta bästa deltagarna där fick ytterligare tre stötar.[3].

Vitryskan Nadzeja Astaptjuk tog ursprungligen guldet, men visade sig vara dopad,[4], diskvalificerades och fick återlämna medaljen. Även ryskan Jevgenija Kolodko visade sig vara dopad och blev 2016 diskvalificerad och fick återlämna sin medalj.[5]
