Klosterstrasse (tysk stavning: Klosterstraße) är en tunnelbanestation på linje U2 i Berlins tunnelbana. Den ligger under gatan Klosterstrasse, nära Alexanderplatz i stadsdelen Mitte, och invigdes år 1913. I närheten ligger Altes Stadthaus, Graues Kloster samt Parochialkirche.
