Karibiska mästerskapet 2001 (engelska: 2001 Digicel Caribbean Cup) var en fotbollsturnering som spelades i Jamaica under perioden 15–25 maj 2001. Detta var den 12:e upplagan av Karibiska mästerskapet som är Karibiens fotbollsmästerskap. Mästerskapet anordnas av CFU som är en del av CONCACAF.
Trinidad och Tobago vann sin åttonde titel efter ha besegrat Haiti i finalen med 3-0 inför 8 000 åskådare på Hasely Crawford Stadium i Port of Spain.[1]
Trinidad och Tobago, Haiti och Martinique kvalificerade sig till CONCACAF Gold Cup 2002 genom att placera sig som de tre främsta länderna i mästerskapet.
