Karibiska mästerskapet 1996 (engelska: 1996 Shell Caribbean Cup) var en fotbollsturnering som spelades i Trinidad och Tobago under perioden 24 maj–7 juni 1996. Detta var den sjunde upplagan av Karibiska mästerskapet som är Karibiens fotbollsmästerskap. Mästerskapet anordnas av CFU som är en del av CONCACAF.
Trinidad och Tobago vann sin femte titel efter ha besegrat Jamaica i finalen med 2-0 på Hasely Crawford Stadium i Port of Spain.[1]

The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
