Karibiska mästerskapet 1992 (engelska: 1992 Caribbean Cup) var en fotbollsturnering fjärde upplagan av Karibiska mästerskapet som är Karibiens fotbollsmästerskap. Mästerskapet anordnas av CFU som är en del av CONCACAF.
Trinidad och Tobago vann sin andra titel efter ha besegrat Jamaica i finalen med 3-1 inför 29 000 åskådare på Hasely Crawford Stadium i Port of Spain.[1]
