Juniorvärldsmästerskapen i friidrott
Junior-VM i friidrott (engelska: IAAF World U20 Championships in Athletics, före december 2015 IAAF World Junior Championships in Athletics) är ett världsmästerskap för ungdomar som är 19 år eller yngre den 31 december det år mästerskapet arrangeras.[1]
Mästerskapen anordnas vartannat år, med världsfriidrottsorganisationen IAAF som arrangör. Det första mästerskapet hölls år 1986.

Flag of Jamaica. “The sunshine, the land is green, and the people are strong and bold” is the symbolism of the colours of the flag. GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
