Jungfru Marie himmelsfärds kyrka i Siemiatycze (polska: Kościół Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Siemiatyczach) är en romersk-katolsk kyrka tillhörande Drohiczyns stift i Siemiatycze i Polen.[1]
Den första träkyrkan i Siemiatycze invigdes år 1456. Den nuvarande kyrkobyggnaden byggdes mellan 1626 och 1637 på beställning av Lew Sapieha och färdigställdes under uppsyn av sonen Kazimierz Leon Sapieha.[2]
Kyrkobyggnaden är av tegel och invigd år 1638.[3]

St. Michael statue over the gate of the church of the Assumption in Siemiatycze, Poland. Originally the statue was over one of the gates of the town hall but was moved here in 1863 when Russians burned the town hall during the January Uprising. The town hall wast finally destroyed by Germans in 1941. [1]
