Interkontinentala cupen 1999, av sponsorskäl kallad Toyota Cup 1999, var den trettioåttonde upplagan av Interkontinentala cupen som avgjordes i en match mellan de europeiska och sydamerikanska mästarna i fotboll, den 30 november 1999. Cupen spelades på neutral mark i Japan, och avgjordes på en match.
Europa representerades av Manchester United från Manchester, England, som vann Champions League 1998–99. Sydamerika representerades av Palmeiras från São Paulo, Brasilien, som vann Copa Libertadores 1999.
Lagen möttes vid ett tillfällen och Manchester United vann cupen efter en vinst på Tokyos Olympiastadion, med ett slutresultat på 1–0. Roy Keane gjorde matchens enda mål och Ryan Giggs blev utsedd till matchens bästa spelare.
