Inomhusvärldsmästerskapen i friidrott ska arrangeras i Nanjing, Kina i mars 2021, ursprungligen planerad för 13 till 15 mars 2020. Att Nanjing skulle stå som värd för mästerskapen 2020 beslutades av IAAF i november 2017.[1]
Tävlingen har nu skjutits upp till mars 2021 på grund av coronavirus-epidemin i Kina.[2]

GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
