Herbert Henry "Herb" McKenley, född 10 juli 1922 i Clarendon, död 26 november 2007 i Kingston, var en jamaicansk friidrottare.
McKenley blev olympisk mästare på 4 x 400 meter vid sommarspelen 1952 i Helsingfors.[4]

GOLD represents the natural wealth and beauty of sunlight; GREEN represents hope and agricultural resources; BLACK represents the strength and creativity of the people. The original symbolism, however, was "Hardships there are, but the land is green, and the sun shineth", where BLACK represented the hardships being faced.
