Helene Madison, född 19 juni 1913 i Madison, död 25 november 1970 i Seattle, var en amerikansk simmare.
Madison blev olympisk mästare på 400 meter frisim vid sommarspelen 1932 i Los Angeles.[1]

On July 27, 1932, at the Olympic Summer Games in Los Angeles (U.S.A) the swimmers Helene MADISON and Johnny WEISSMULLER talking during swimming practice. Johnny WEISSMULLER then held many swimming records with a total of five gold medals in swimming events from the Olympic Games of 1924 and 1928. Helene MADISON, then aged 19, won three gold medals during these Games: in the 100m freestyle event, the 400m freestyle and the 400m freestyle relay.
