Harrison Dillard, född 8 juli 1923 i Cleveland i Ohio, död 15 november 2019 i Cleveland,[1] var en amerikansk friidrottare.
Dillard blev olympisk mästare på 100 meter vid olympiska sommarspelen 1948 i London och på 110 meter häck vid olympiska sommarspelen 1952 i Helsingfors.[2]

Harrison Dillard (b. 1923) is one of only two men to win Olympic titles in both sprinting and hurdling. In 1948 he took Gold in the 100m event and in the Helsinki Olympics of 1952 he won gold in 110m Hurdles event setting an Olympic Record.
