Commemorative plaque to Mr. György Kulin (1905–1989) Hungarian astronomer, founder of the amateur astronomy movement in Hungary. It was affixed to the wall of the Polaris Observatory in Óbuda and unveiled on January 28, 2015 on the occasion of the astronomer's 110th birthday.
