Grynig gelélav (Collema subflaccidum) är en lavart[3] som beskrevs av Gunnar Bror Fritiof Degelius.

Grynig gelélav ingår i släktet Collema och familjen Collemataceae.[4][5] Arten är reproducerande i Sverige.[6] Inga underarter finns listade i Catalogue of Life.[4]
