Giro d’Italia 2023 var den 106:e upplagan av det italienska etapploppet Giro d’Italia. Cykelloppets 21 etapper kördes mellan den 6 och 28 maj 2023 med start i Fossacesia och målgång i Rom. Loppet var en del av UCI World Tour 2023 och vanns av slovenska Primož Roglič från cykelstallet Jumbo–Visma.[1]
