Fort Smith Trolley Museum är ett amerikanskt spårvägs- och järnvägsmuseum samt museispårväg i Fort Smith i Arkansas i USA. Det driver, förutom ett museum, sedan 1991 en 1,2 kilometer lång museispårväg.
Museet grundades 1985 av Fort Smith Streetcar Restoration Association, som bildades 1979. Dess första byggnad uppfördes 1985 på mark som tidigare tillhört Missouri Pacific Railroad.
Museets museispårväg öppnade 1991 med den restaurerade tidigare Fort Smith Light and Traction Companys spårvagn nr 224, byggd av American Car Company 1926 och av så kallad Birney-typ.[1] Den ursprungliga sträckan var ungefär 400 meter och var ett tidigare godsspår.
År 2016 hade museet två körklara spårvagnar: Fort Smith spårvagn nr 224 och Hot Springs Street Railway Company spårvagn nr 50, tillverkad 1904 av St. Louis Car Company för Hot Springs, Arkansas.
Förutom spårvagnar har museet i sina samlingar fyra lokomotiv och ett antal veteranbussar.

Fort Smith streetcar No. 224, a Birney car built in 1926 for Fort Smith, Arkansas, is listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). It operates at the Fort Smith Trolley Museum, and is pictured just south of Rogers Avenue, on private right-of-way behind the Fort Smith Museum of History (located in the 1907 Atkinson-Williams Warehouse Building, also NRHP-listed).

Interior view of Fort Smith streetcar No. 224, a "Birney Safety Car" built in 1926 and listed (since 1994) on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). In this photo, car 224 has just reached the end of the line, which at that time was at the southern edge of Garrison Avenue (in the background), on private right-of-way between (and parallel to) 3rd Street and 4th Street. This terminus opened in August 1996, but in November 2002 the line was extended west, starting with a curve just before this location, turning this location into a short branch that is normally unused.
