Europeiska cupvinnarcupen 1992/1993 vanns av Parma, Italien som i finalen slog Royal Antwerp, Belgien med 3-1 på Wembley Stadium i London den 12 maj 1993. Båda lagen spelade sin första final i turneringen. Turneringen innehöll fler lag än någonsin tidigare, detta efter att Jugoslavien och Sovjetunionen splittrats.
