Europeiska cupvinnarcupen 1990/1991 vanns av Manchester United, England som i finalen slog Barcelona, Spanien med 2-1 i Rotterdam den 15 maj 1991. Det var en framgångsrik återkomst för engelska klubblag i de europeiska turneringarna, sedan de stängdes av från dem i fem års tid efter katastrofen på Heyselstadion den 29 maj 1985.
