Anmärkningslista
- ^ Matchen spelades på Bijeli Brijeg Stadium i Mostar i stället för FK Partizans hemmaplan i Belgrad då klubben straffades av Uefa på grund av publikbråk under andra omgången av Uefacupen 1988/1989 då laget spelade oavgjort hemma mot AS Roma i andra omgången. I straffet ingick bland annat att spela hemmamatcher minst 300 kilometer hemifrån.
- ^ Matchen spelades på Pod Goricom Stadium i Mostar i stället för i Belgrad då klubben återigen straffades av Uefa på grund av publikbråk, denna gång i föregående omgång då klubben spelade hemma mot FC Groningen.
